We don't test for or remove mold, repair roofs or crawlspace moisture barriers, or service large ducted systems. If a visit shows that's the real problem, we say so and suggest who to call.

Do you work on central air conditioners?
We look at them during a humidity visit, since they're often part of the problem. For repair and replacement of a ducted system, we'll tell you if another firm is a better fit.
Do you install in new construction?
Where a builder wants mini-splits or a dehumidifier sized for a damp site, yes. Call and tell us about the job.
